is a cloud based tool that allows you to easily publish matter information and
documents so that your clients can obtain the information they need, on demand,
using the Internet. Working in this way makes it easier for the clients to work
with the firm, saving administrative costs and enabling them to make decisions quicker
than would otherwise be the case.
Clients today also
rely on their mobile phone and/or tablet device. The Client Portal iPad and iPhone
modules further extend the information access capability. For example, a private
client with a short term matter may be given access via the iPhone. A business
partner manager where you work on multiple matters may be given access via the
iPad and a large corporate client may use the browser module.
